NOF has a strong commitment to local area of historical importance to the Oditah family, namely the Anioma areas of Delta state and the larger Niger Delta region which produces most of Nigeria’s oil well but remains poorly developed economically.
NOF’s actions under this programme seek to advance the goals of NOF’s other three programs in select communities within a defined area and support various community organisations which offer important cultural, social and educational services.
